Three pillars

The place, the careand the people.

Neurosensory Spaces prepare the environment. Global Neurodivergent Care organizes the care. Neuroinclusive Training & Certification prepares the people. Together they make a platform, not a clinic — one that can work with government agencies, companies, health plans and families.

The point of all of it

Three pillars, oneperson at the end.

A room, a care plan and a trained team are the means. What they are for is somebody getting through a terminal, keeping an appointment, or being met by someone who knows what to do. That is the only test any of this has to pass.

Assessment and therapy coordination sit inside one care plan.

Neurosensory Spaces

Sensory spaces designed for real life.

We design, build and run Neurosensory Welcome Rooms in the places where sensory load is highest: airports and transportation, government buildings, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, event venues and public spaces. A safe place to self-regulate, without building a clinic.

  • Room design and installation, specified for your building
  • Selection of the sensory resources that go inside it
  • A written protocol of use, for anyone on shift
  • Staff training and ongoing management of the operation

Running the Room

Most vendors install and leave. We stay and run it.

A room only works if someone is responsible for it on a Tuesday afternoon. iMED writes the protocol of use, trains the staff who will be on shift, and manages the operation day to day, including what happens when someone is already in sensory overload.

  • Protocols written for your building, not a template
  • Training for the staff who will be on shift
  • Day-to-day management of the room and its resources
  • A defined response when someone is in sensory overload

Global Neurodivergent Care

From diagnosis to development. One coordinated journey.

A diagnosis is a starting point, not a plan. iMED does not sell therapy sessions. It manages the journey: screening and assessment, diagnosis, an individualized care plan, therapy coordination, home and clinical support, and outcomes monitoring.

  • Screening and assessment, and the route to a diagnosis
  • An individualized care plan the whole team works from
  • Therapy coordination, with support at home and in clinic
  • A named coordinator, so the family is not the case manager

Coordination for Health Plans

One care line, followed over time.

For health plans and insurers: an organized model of care coordination and management. One care line instead of scattered referrals, goals agreed between the professionals and the family, and progress followed as it happens rather than reconstructed at renewal.

  • An organized model of care coordination and management
  • Goals agreed between professionals, therapies and family
  • Outcomes monitoring on a defined review cadence
  • Progress followed over time, not reconstructed at renewal

Protocols & Accountability

What we do, and what we do not.

Assessment, diagnosis and treatment belong to the licensed professionals delivering care, under the rules of their jurisdiction. iMED's scope is the structure around them: written protocols, named responsibility, records handled with care, and a clear line for what sits with whom.

  • Written protocols, each one with a named owner
  • A clear line between coordination and clinical decisions
  • Privacy and data handling considered in service design
  • Responsibility documented across staff, therapies and family

Reporting & Review

A partner should be able to see how it runs.

Whether iMED is running a room or coordinating care, you get a read on the work rather than an annual impression: how the room is used, where the pressure points are, what the staff are reporting from shift, and what changed after a protocol was revised.

  • Use and pressure points reported on a set cadence
  • What staff report from shift, collected rather than assumed
  • Protocol revisions tracked, with the reason recorded
  • Review cycles with named owners and dates

Neuroinclusive Training & Certification

Prepare your team to welcome everyone.

Training for the people who meet the public: hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism, airports, government and customer service teams. Teams that complete it can earn iMED Neuroinclusive Certified — iMED's own training and recognition program.

  • Understanding neurodivergence and inclusive communication
  • Spotting sensory overload before it escalates
  • Crisis prevention, de-escalation and service protocols
  • Built for shift work, not for a conference room
Where to start

Start with the place, the care or the people.

We work with government agencies, companies, health plans and families. Most engagements begin with a conversation about what is already in place. Tell us where you are.
