About iMED

A platform,not a clinic.

iMED NeuroHealthcare Florida prepares the place, organizes the care and trains the people — so neurodivergent people can take part in public life. Three things, run by one company, from Miami.

I Who we are

Inclusion that someoneactually runs.

iMED NeuroHealthcare Florida is a neuroinclusion platform based in Miami. It prepares the place, organizes the care and trains the people, so neurodivergent people can take part in public life.

We sell three things. Neurosensory Spaces, which we design, build and run in the places where sensory load is highest: airports, government buildings, hotels, shopping centers, event venues. Global Neurodivergent Care, which manages the whole journey rather than selling therapy sessions. And Neuroinclusive Training & Certification, which turns inclusion into a service procedure a shift can follow.

The first prepares the environment. The second organizes the care. The third prepares the people. Held together they are a platform rather than a clinic, which is what lets one company work with government agencies, hospitality and retail operators, health plans and families.

Where a method came from matters. How a first contact goes, how a room sounds, how one discipline hands over to the next: that is knowledge built by running services, not by writing about them.

iMED NeuroHealthcare Florida is part of the iMED network. In Brazil, the network’s teams built and ran multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental services; that work shaped this method.

II Our approach

How the workactually goes.

  1. We start on the floor

Before a room is designed or a team is trained, we read the place at the hour it is worst: the line at minute nine, the lighting, the noise, the moment a staff member has to decide something.

  2. We write it down

A protocol nobody can follow on a busy shift is not a protocol. What an organization receives is written for the people actually on the floor, at real staffing and real volume.

  3. We stay and run it

Most vendors install and leave. Our scope includes ongoing management of the operation: the room, the sensory resources inside it, the retraining as teams turn over.

III Our mission

To make everyday public places genuinely reachable for neurodivergent people, by preparing the environment, organizing the care and preparing the people who meet the public.

IV Our vision

Public life a neurodivergent person can enter without planning for the worst: somewhere to go when it becomes too much, and staff who already know what happens next.

V Our principles

What we will nottrade away.

  • Integrity

We describe what a service is designed to do. We do not claim results we cannot show.

  • Clarity

If a sentence is hard to follow at the end of a long shift, it is the wrong sentence.

  • Dignity

Neurodivergent people are people, not a problem to be routed around.

  • Accountability

Every protocol has an owner. The service holds the plan together, not the family.

  • Preparation

Teams are trained before an incident rather than reviewed after one.

  • Continuity

We run what we build. Handing over a room and walking away is not the job.
